PWK TAKES BACK YOUR BAGS TO REUSE PLASTIC AND CREATE SMALLER PRODUCTS
HOW DOES THE BAGS RECYCLING PROGRAM WORK?
The PWK recycling program allows all customers to return their old PWK bags in exchange for a discount voucher valid for 6 months, determined according to a price list.
Part of an environmental logic, the PWK recycling program takes bags as well as pouches, which are disassembled, treated and reused to create smaller products.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE RECYCLING PROGRAM?
The program currently concerns all bags, the pouch and the PWK fanny pack which you no longer use, or which you simply wish to get rid of.

HOW TO MAKE A RECYCLING REQUEST?
Contact us via customer service by clicking here with the subject "environmental policy".
Copy and paste this questionnaire by answering the following questions and providing details if necessary.
1 - Which item would you like to return:
2 - Is the item in good condition (fabric, zip, straps, etc.):
3 - Is the item holed, stained or damaged:
4 - Why do you want to return the item:
5 - Date of purchase and name of buyer:
And finally, attach 1 or more photos if possible.
An advisor will get back to you within a week.
The PWK company reserves the right to refuse the return of an item under the Recycling program, particularly if its condition is not compliant or its origin is doubtful. The amount of the reduction applies to the price including tax displayed on the site.
